MMS family, the Later Gators after-school tutoring program is back! Every M, T & Th from 3:20-4:30pm. Parents must pick up and provide transportation home at 4:30. Call the MMS office for more info.

MMS Family: This is a reminder that, to ensure student safety, parking is not allowed in the turn-around drive in front of the main entrance in the mornings. If you are waiting to drop off a student prior to 7:55am, you must utilize the available parking lot. We appreciate your cooperation.

MMS Family, don't forget the 6th grade Meet & Greet is tomorrow, Aug. 6, from 6-7pm. Our 7th/8th grade Meet & Greet will be NEXT Tuesday, Aug. 13, from 6-7pm. Can't wait to meet our newest Scots and see our returning students again!
7th parents: for enrollment Thursday, bring your child’s updated shot record to include the tDap, along with a current utility bill or purchase/lease agreement, and your valid driver’s license.
MMS family: Prior to launching our 1:1 Chromebook initiative, all students will be required to pay a $20 device insurance fee at enrollment. ALL enrollees must also have a guardian present, proof of residency and a valid driver’s license. For more info, visit the MMS website.
MMS: There will be a PTA meeting Monday, May 13, at 6pm in the commons area. Plans for the 2019-20 school year will be discussed - please plan to attend!
MMS 6th Grade ONLY: FREE Tdap vaccinations will be available with proof of health insurance here at the school on Monday, May 6. Parental consent forms went home with students today and must be FULLY completed and returned in advance for your child to receive the vaccination.
MMS: Due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Texas Roadhouse, we will not be receiving the fundraiser rolls. EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, next week. We apologize for any inconvenience!
MMS family: We are still in need of volunteer test monitors for two remaining sessions of state assessment. The sessions are Thurs 4/11 and Tues 4/16. If you can help, please call MMS at 580-353-5111.
MMS students will begin mandated state testing this week and continuing through April 18. A complete testing schedule is posted on the MMS website. Please help ensure students are present, rested and ready on their specific testing days to promote a successful effort!

MMS: Due to the early release, all MMS after-school activities have been cancelled for today, March 12.
MMS 8th grade football parents: Due to the power outage, today’s scheduled Signing Day event has been postponed to Wednesday, March 13, at 2:45pm in the MMS library.
MMS parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for March 26 and 28, from 4-7pm each evening. Call the main office at (580) 353-5111, to reserve your time today!
MMS: Please be aware that tomorrow’s forecast calls for wind chills around 0° in the morning. If your child has to be at a bus stop or walks to school, please ensure they are properly clothed!
MMS reminder: It is LPS policy for all secondary students to wear visible ID badges at all times. If your child’s ID has been lost or damaged, a replacement must be purchased for $5 in the library.
MMS Family, don’t forget this week’s LPS Foundation Change Challenge! Bring in your loose change through Friday to help raise funds for LPSF and your homeroom class could win a pizza party!
