Middle school girls interested in a free day of fun hands-on activities involving STEM education are invited to attend the Girls in Engineering/STEM Sustainable Energy Day this weekend at Great Plains Technology Center. The event is open to middle school girls in grades 6-8 and runs from 9:15am - 2:00pm, on Saturday, March 2. Registration is required.
Activities for the event include a World Impact STEAM activity, as well as information and activities releated to hydropower, wind energy and solar cars. Registration is open until February 28.
